Glen Wild Animal Rescue is glad to be back home in Sullivan County , N.Y. We started our journey here in Sullivan County with our very special pup Miracle. Liz & Miracle have worked very hard over the years helping stray & abused animals. In addition to helping homeless animals, Liz has been able to set up a program that involves working with teens in a juvenile detention center and shelter dogs. In 2008 Liz started the Shelter Dog Training Program in South Kortright N.Y. and the program has been very successful. Liz is currently seeking funding in order to continue and expand this program.
Currently Glen Wild Animal Rescue now cares for many dogs and cats that were once part of another sanctuary that closed in South Kortright, N.Y. We are also involved in a wonderful transition where Glen Wild Animal Rescue is setting up operations at a former animal sanctuary in North Branch, N.Y. During this transition Glen Wild Animal Rescue has welcomed many new sanctuary animals into its fold, including 2 goats!
As we continue this transition we are asking for your help and we welcome friends old & new of Glen Wild Animal Rescue to join in and help us with this new project.
If you can help with a monetary donation please donate online or by mail. If you can volunteer please call and let us know. If you can help with items we are in need of please contact us to find out about drop off times.
Please note that you don't need a PayPal account -- you can use credit cards as well. Just enter your desired donation amount, then enter your payment information, and you're done. It's fast and easy, and it's a powerful way to help the animals.
Thank you for your support and we are glad to be back home!
